Choco Mint Cookies

Chocó Mint Cookies were launched in 2003 along with Chocolukma Cookies and Tutti Frutti Cookies. As you know it is not an easy combination to be manufacturing as well as marketing such a cookie which is still a long way for our Indian market. But after observing consumer patterns we have taken a bold step to offer it in the market. During the trials of these cookies flavour samples from several companies were called for and tried to get the desired amount of mint after effect. Some samples which were taken initially after the market analysis and in house tests turned out to be a little stronger than what would be accepted in the market. Later the final samples were tried out in supervision of the Flavour Experts and our Quality Experts and Experts called from Germany to get the right blend of chocolate.

butter, emulsifiers (INS 322, INS 476) and artificial flavours, milk solids (1.6%), raising agents (INS 503 (ii) baking

powder), edible salt, mint flavours, invert syrup and emulsifiers (INS 322).
