We are engaged in offer TMT Bar. The strength of the bars are controlled by optimizing the water pressure for their tough surface of tempered marten-site and pearlitic core. This helps in providing optimum strength, ductility and toughness. The offered bars are widely used concrete reinforcement structures, bridges, flyovers, dams, thermal, hydel power plants, industrial structures, high-rise buildings, underground platforms in metro railway and rapid transport system. These are therm-mechanically-treated with the help of temp core based technology, which ensures high yield strength. With the help of a series of water jets after they roll out of the last mill stand, the process includes rapid quenching of hot bars. The offered TMT bars are cooled, which allow equalizing the core and surface temperatures. It slowly cools for turning into a ferrite-pear lite aggregate. Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd., Bhiwadi units have authorized by CRM, Belgium to manufacture Temp core TMT under license agreement.
