GENERAL DESCRIPTION:-
BOTTLE RINSER:- The machine will have Rinsing nozzles.
The frame structure will be of MS claded with SS.
The bottles from the S.S Air conveyor will be taken by the bottom and gripped by NECK of the bottle.
The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the Bottle up side down by 180 degree.
The duly inverted bottles will receive water from the rinsing nozzles on rear of the machine.
The rinsing will operate from 90 to 270 degree rotation of the rinsing machine. Zero degree Position is in front of the operator.
In 180-degree rotation the washing cycles will be stopped and bottles will be re-inverted And delivered through finger to the filling machine.
The drive system consists of motor with A.C.Variable drive pulley, gearbox. For speed control.
It will have electric control panel box complete with starters fuse and other electrical Controls. All liquid contact parts will be SS.
FILLER / CAPPER : Filling system will be rotary (station)type.(Gravity filler)
Filling system will consist of mainframe fabricated from MS structure.
Filling tank will have filling heads.
Filling machine is also a neck holding. When bottles gets sealed with filling valve, the
Filling Valve opens and filling starts. Filling tank will have liquid level probe.
Filling tank will have liquid level probe system to control level of mineral water in filling Tank.
As soon as the bottle is full by four stage rotary(station) filling nozzle. And bottle will be Transferred under the capping head.
where the caps will be picked up by the Capping head directly placed on the bottleneck and tightened.
The bottle will enter the capping head, cap will be firmly tightened.
Duly capped bottles will be transferred on the conveyor.
Drive system will consist of motor, it is synchronized with filling unit.
The machine also has an A/C drive for controlling the speed of the machine.
The machine will be enclosed with SS covering with Glass.
RINSER SECTION
Rinser top plate made of SS 316
Bottle Gripper mounted with UHMWPE bracket
Bottle grippers are made of SS 316 with machining for CNC machine.
Rinser jet valve body is made of SS 316.
The Opening of the rinsing nozzle is the bottle place over the rinsing jet and turned at 180 degree by a mechanical cam
Bottle rinsing with liquid recovery for Re-Use.

FILLING SECTION
Gravity filling mechanism suitable for room temperature.
Tank is made of SS 316 with internal polished mirror Finish.
The Filling nozzle is SS 316
No Bottle No Fill arrangement
The Filling Nozzle seals are made of Food Grade Silicon rubber.
The Bottle gripper is made of SS 316.
Lift Cylinder are made of LM6 Aluminum with PB Material.
No Change over parts to fill the bottle from 100ml to 2000ml.
Fast and accurate filling valves.
The Level of Filling tank is Controlled by Solenoid Valves
CAPPING SECTION
Capping section suitable for application of screw on caps
Hopper for mechanical cap feeder passes the caps into distributors chute.
Sensors are provided which detect the caps in the chute.
Individual Cap washing arrangement is fitted on chute.
No Bottle No Cap system is provided.
