The HARDE capsule is made from the Terminalia chebula fruits powder. The
Terminalia chebula fruit is considered in ayurveda as mild laxative and to
be one of the best herb for balancing vata dosha.The Harde capsule is useful
in chronic constipation, cold related cough, flatulence, piles, obesity,
liver and spleen enlargement, indigestion, emaciation, peptic ulcer, urinary
infections, skin disorders, gout, colitis, heartburn, asthma, etc. The
recommended dosage is two capsules at bedtime. The packaging available in a
plastic bottle of 80 capsules.
