Quality Control

We have a Quality Control System, where a team of competent, qualified Engineers & Technicians at R S Thermotech Engineers (P) Ltd. working to ensure the quality of the Equipments fabricated in a highly professionalized environment to pace with the new technologies. We have well equipped testing Lab and Dark Room, where all the NDT tests are carried out on the jobs as, X-Ray, Gama-Ray, & Ultrasonic test, and having other instruments like, density meter, thickness meter and many others. These are being calibrated time to time and records are being maintained. Also have the facilities for DPT & MPI.

Our Fabricated Jobs are being inspected by reputed agencies like Lloyds Register, BHEL, QUEST, RITES, IBR and NTPC.

Our quality engineers are inspecting the jobs on all stages from Incoming of material, marking, cutting, grinding, fit-up, welding, machining and at final stage to ensure high quality products to our valued customers.
