Terms and Conditions for Providing Loans on EMI Basis

Thank you for considering our loan products that are offered on an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) basis. The following terms and conditions apply to all loan agreements between us and you, the borrower:

• Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a loan on EMI basis, you must be at least 18 years old, have a steady source of income, and a good credit history. You will be required to provide proof of income and identity to complete your loan application.
• Repayment Period: The repayment period for your loan will be determined at the time of loan application and will depend on the loan amount and the interest rate. The repayment period will typically range from 6 months to 5 years.
• Prepayment and Late Payment: You have the option to prepay the loan in part or in full without any additional charges or penalties. However, late payments will be subject to additional charges as specified in the loan agreement.
• Loan Security: Depending on the amount of the loan, we may require collateral as security for the loan. The collateral will be evaluated by us and will be returned to you upon completion of the loan repayment.
• Termination of Loan Agreement: The loan agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement between you and us, or by the occurrence of an event of default as specified in the loan agreement.
• Governing Law: This loan agreement and its terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this loan agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in the loan agreement.
