Hightemperature Furnace 1200°c (Industrial)

The furnace is insulated with ceramic fibre blanket of high density for better insulation. The furnace can run continuously at 1200° C, trouble free. The furnace is quick heating type, light in weight, table mounting type, compact, elegant in design. Outer painted in epoxy powder coating. The hinged type swing door insulated with ceramic fibre to avoid heat losses from the door. The furnace is fitted with digital temperature controller-cum-indicator to avoid over heating for long life and trouble free working. The panel is fitted at the top of the furnace

HEATING

Indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through very good temperature sensitivity.

TEMPERATURE RANGE

Temperature range of our standard laboratory muffle furnace models are above ambient temperature to 1200 °C. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.
