The above said product is a proprietary one and is used for making the Ore Briquettes where Iron, Manganese, Coal, Coke, Lime and Dolomite as ores and minerals are used to bind the such material.
Action of Formulation
1) For carbonization --- to carbonize for direct reduction.
2) Adhesiveness Binding and Porosity:
To adhere the fine particles below 1 mm in their grain sizes strongly therefore molecular chain bonds binds the surfactants due to its strong binding properties keeping a view of above, desired essential porosity for Briquettes is maintained .
Note:- For better results clay, bentonite and other crud earthy crusts material should be avoided to mix in Pitch-980 OR for making the Ore Briquettes.
Application:-
1) For making Iron and Manganese Ore Briquettes and other Ore and Minerals, Coal, Coke Powder Briquettes, where Carbon/Blackings are not restricted, Pitch-980 gives best results.
2) For making Sponge Iron Ore Fines Briquette, Pig Iron making Iron Ore Fine Briquettes, Cast Iron, Malleable Iron etc. Briquettes.
3) For making Giant Blast Furnace Charging Iron Ore Fines Briquettes and for Low Stack Low Shaft Blast Furnace Charging Iron Ore Fines Briquette as well as roasting, calcinations of Ore Fine Briquette.
4) For using in Induction and Arc Furnace Ore Fines briquettes.
5) For Silico Manganese Briquettes.
6) For self fluxing Iron Ore Briquettes.

1) There are eight types of Briquettes. According to the process of the plant of end users, Briquettes engradeants are changed hence cost varies accordingly.
2) This Pich-980 is specialy made for Low Shaft Low Stack Enriched Oxygen-Nitrogen Controlled Gas Blast Furnace.
How to Use
Iron Ore Fines and other ingredients mixed with this Pitch-980 using Requisite More Water according to the required consistency and strength of the Briquettes required in the process of end users.
