We have in stock for our clients Proteose Peptone, which is prepared from animal tissues through enzymatic digestion process. Apart from its use in the culture media for producing toxins, it is also used for starter culture in the fermentation industry. Being a highly nutritious source, it promotes the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms. It is light yellow powder in color and completely soluble in water.
