Type GCC 301 Series
Rubber bellow seals are the most general purpose, low cost seals. The mediums are all type P-28 or centrifugal pumps turbine pumps, agitators, mixers, refrigerators, compressors etc.
The rotary unit is of a simple design and consists of flexible elastomeric bellow. Lapped Mating lace. Single coiled spring driving band and disc. The seal has a large single coiled spring, which is non-clogging and self-cleaning and hence can be used for media of varying contaminations
The primary seal face is of high grade carbon. The bellows are made from neoprene vition. and nitrile rubbers. The stationary face is of ceramic, stellite or tungsten carbide depending on the service condition.
Applications :
The mediums are all oil. water, general corrosive liquid
For Auto-cooling pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps and industrial pumps.
Operation Limits :
Temperature : From Cryogenics to 260° C
Pressure : Below atmospheric to 200 p.s.i.
Speed : 1500 RPM
