Irbesartan Tablet

Irbesartan ( strength 150 mg & 300 mg) is used to regulate blood pressure.

How to Use:

Available in tablet form to take orally. The irbesartan tablets are generally taken once a day with or without food. It is beneficial to take the medicine the same time each day. The patient should carefully follow the instructions on the label and take as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor. Your physician may start with you on a low dose of irbesartan and gradually increase it. The medicine controls high blood pressure but does not cures it, so it is important for you to continue the dosage even if you feel well.

Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you are on dialysis and if you have or ever had heart failure or kidney disease.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Irbesartan or any other medications.

Inform your doctor about your medical history and any other medications, you are taking at the same time.

Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or doing breast-feeding.
