Twin Duplex Vacuum Plodder

The machine constitutes of two s. S. Barrels and warms. Barrel is designed to recieve close grained raw material through hopper fitted at the top. The barrel has stainless steel well polished warms which rotate and drives the materials forward through a specially designed noodle die. In the first barrel noodle cutting arrangement is provided on it's crest. The shredders will rotate on the surface of perforated plate and will cut the noodles the second barrel gives required shape and thickness of bar/soap.
