Dosage of BL Pizza Improver :
 
Type, quality and general condition of refined flour/Maida used
Recommended dosage is 100 gms/100kg of flour
Optimum dosage should be determined by trials

At 50oC the activity loss after one year should not be more than 5-10 %. Enzyme dust may cause irritation when inhaled
