BL Noodle Improver 50 M1 must be added and mixed well in the noodle flour during mixing before addition of process the water
Optimum dosage of BL Noodle Improver depends on:
Type, quality and general condition of refined flour/Maida used
Recommended dosage is 50 gms/100kg of flour

Storage and Handling Precautions:
Store it in cool place and avoid keeping it in direct sunlight. At 50oC the activity loss after one year should not be more than 5-10%
