Operating Conditions:
 
BL Glucanase is used in malt or brewery industry for reduction in viscosity of malt/barley by hydrolysis of Beta Glucan and other NSP to glucose thus it reduces the viscosity and increases the filterability of the wort
 
Dosage:
 
Dosage recommended is 0.1 -0.2%, however dosage rate needs to be optimized depending on the process equipment used, dry solids concentration, grain quality etc
