Abr organics limited provides high quality phenolic resin that is available in three different types to suit to the varied needs of our customers. 

 

the first type of phenolic resin is abron pgr 100 resin system that has been developed for use in the manufacture of pultruded composites. Abron - pgr100 is resol type phenol formaldehyde resin with very good wettability. With the catalyst addition there is an enhancement of processability and the quality of the composite part. The developed catalyst is easy to handle and has an adequate shelf life. 

 

the second type of phenolic resin is abron - pr100 (sl) that has been developed exclusively for aerospace and space application. Abron - pr100 is solventless resol type phenol formaldehyde resin with very good wettability and high flow. 

 

the final type of phenolic resin is abron prh 9 resin system that has been specifically developed for use as a resin matrix for frp hand lay up process similar to polyester resin system. Abron – prh9 is resol type phenol formaldehyde resin with very good spread, wettability, surface finish and very good fire resistance.
